The House Bake off final was held on Monday 5th February, 2018 and was a great success. The judges were very impressed by the standard of presentation, the technical ability and delicious taste of the entries. Everyone that entered was a credit to themselves and their house. The entries consisted of a delicious Raspberry and Rose sponge cake from Elliot Bushnell (last year’s winner) representing Swift, a traditional Victoria Sponge cake make by Charlotte Catlin representing Eagle and beautiful, buttery, shortbread made by Katherine King representing Drake. The overall winner was declared as Charlotte Catlin in year 7 for her traditional Victoria Sponge cake which had a lovely light texture and great taste. Well done Charlotte and House victory for Eagle.
